The World Scales ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you submit an inquiry through our forms, we collect:

Our inquiry forms are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, which delivers your submission to us by email. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We share it only as needed to operate our business (for example, the form provider above) or where required by law.
When you send a message in our AI demo, your message and recent conversation are sent through our server to Anthropic to generate a reply. Please do not share sensitive information. AI replies may be inaccurate and do not submit an inquiry or book an appointment.
The chat stays in your open page's memory and is cleared when you reload or choose Start over. This application does not save chat transcripts to a database, browser storage, analytics, or application logs. Anthropic processes the messages under its own data-handling terms; this is not a promise of zero provider retention. We temporarily use a network address in server memory to limit abusive requests.
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time by contacting us.
You can request to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To do so, email us at the address below.
We operate a missed-call text-back service: when you call us and we are unable to answer, we send a text message to the number you called from so we can find out what you need and get back to you. Through that conversation we collect only what you choose to tell us — your phone number, your name, the service address, what you need, and when you would like to hear back.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messaging information is used only to serve your request and is shared only with the subprocessors needed to deliver the service (our messaging provider), never for their own marketing. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. See our Terms of Service for the full messaging terms.
We may use cookies or similar technologies to remember preferences (such as an affiliate referral code) and to measure website traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as intended.
