How the opt-in works

  1. The customer sees the disclosure above before choosing to call (516) 554-2998.
  2. The customer voluntarily calls that number. Calling after viewing the disclosure is the only opt-in method for this missed-call program.
  3. If The World Scales answers, no automated text is sent. If the call is missed, one text is sent to the number that called.
  4. The conversation continues only when the customer replies. Messages concern only that customer’s request; no marketing or promotional texts are sent.
  5. The customer can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help.
